We will meet in University Mall, at a storefront in the walkway to the former Sears department store. See map below.
5:00 PM: Social gathering for in-person attendees.
5:15 PM: Zoom meeting opens for online attendees.
5:30 PM: Meeting begins.
6:30 PM: Meeting wraps up, with group photo of recipients + those attending in person.
REMEMBER, MEMBERS:
If you do not attend the meeting, you cannot vote for one of the three finalists.
