Any member in good standing may nominate a potential recipient.
Each non-profit can only be added to the potential recipient pool once.
Nominations are subject to Steering Committee review. Once reviewed, the Steering Committee will ask the non-profit to sign the Charitable Donation Acceptance Agreement.
Three organizations are drawn at random from the potential recipient pool on October 22nd by the Steering Committee.

All potential recipients must have a Nomination Form and an Acceptance Form on file. The Steering Committee will contact and follow up.
The recipient is selected by a majority virtual voting system at the Zoom meeting on October 28th. The organization that receives the most votes will receive the group donation!
